Allan Mejia

I started KleenBook as a way to help my family business grow. My main company, Invest Estate Media LLC, was originally built as a lead generation company for real estate investors, wholesalers, and other professionals.

Along the way, I learned B2B growth strategies that went far beyond one industry, and I began applying those same systems to our commercial cleaning business. That shift helped us grow from a small one-operation company into a sustainable business with multiple employees handling recurring cleanings across North Carolina.

A big part of that growth came from the strategies we implemented and refined firsthand. Now, I’m here to share those same systems with other business owners who have the vision to grow, but may not fully understand the technology behind making it happen.
