No. KleenBook does not run paid advertising at any point in the process. Every Proposal/Quote Request is generated through direct outreach handled by our in-house acquisition team. No ad spend is required from you.
How is this different from a commercial cleaning lead generation service?
A lead generation service delivers contact information and leaves the outreach, qualification, and follow-up to you. KleenBook handles the entire process — from identifying the right facilities to delivering qualified Proposal/Quote Requests from real commercial prospects. You receive qualified opportunities, not just a list.
How long before I see Proposal/Quote Requests?
Most partners begin seeing Proposal/Quote Requests within 10 to 21 days of completing onboarding. The first phase focuses on territory setup, targeting, and system initialization. By the end of the first 30 to 45 days, the pipeline is typically active and producing qualified opportunities.
What happens if a request is unqualified?
On Growth and Scale plans, replacements are provided for opportunities that do not meet the qualification standard. You are not left short on your guaranteed monthly Proposal/Quote Request volume.
Do I need to be involved in the outreach or qualification process?
No. The entire process from identification through qualification and opportunity handoff is handled by KleenBook. Your role is to review the opportunity, send the quote, and close the account.
